Northern Caribbean University’s (NCU) Male Volleyball team served up its first win of its maiden entry to the Inter-collegiate competition, when they steam rolled an hapless Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) at the NCU’s gymnatorium on Tuesday February 18, 2014. On their debut, NCU men’s team made light work of the visiting team in straight sets 25-16, 25-18, and 25-15 to enjoy an easy 3-0 in the best of five sets. The home team hardly broke a sweat in demolishing the CMI team with the support from a large contingent of spectators who cheered for each point while showing a similar degree of love for the young cadet seamen from the East Kingston.
