Graduation at Northern Caribbean University (NCU) is a special three day affair that features Consecration and Baccalaureate services, and two Commencements. This year will be no different as the Graduating Class of 2014 will engage in all three. The first event of the three, the Consecration Service, will be held Friday, August 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the NCU Gymnatorium and features guest presenter, Pastor Nevail D.Barrett, Director, Sabbath School and Personal Ministries for the Central Jamaica Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

Our bodies can be severely affected if we don’t consume it during the course of three days, though people have survived 8 to 10 days without. At least 65% of the adult body is made of it and every living cell in the body needs it to keep functioning. Water flows through the blood, carrying oxygen and nutrients to cells and flushing wastes out of our bodies. It cushions our joints and soft tissues. Without water as a routine part of our intake, we cannot digest or absorb food.
