The University, each semester, holds a week of spiritual emphasis, which rejuvenates the minds and bodies of its constituents, its workers, students and the communities it serve. Spring Week of Prayer 2015 has as its theme, Kingdom Characters, hosted by the Amazing Facts Centre of Evangelism team, led by international Evangelist Doug Batchelor.

The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) have designated January Earthquake Awareness Month under the theme "Community Strengthening and Awareness... the Recipe for Building Earthquake Resilience." Earthquake awareness month is aimed at educating the public about earthquake preparedness and mitigation.

The continuation of the comprehensive efforts for the holistic development by the Amazing Facts Centre for Evangelism at Northern Caribbean University (NCU) Mandeville campus remains indeed informative, interesting and tantalizing. Mrs. Cathy Quedzuwiet, presenter, from the Amazing Facts New Start Program, demonstrated how to make nutritional dishes to replace some of the “not so healthy” dishes that we currently consume. The new dishes presented can be used as substitutes for our daily dishes.
