IPSWICH, Mass. — September 27, 2012 — Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica has selected EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) from EBSCO Publishing (EBSCO) to provide an easy to use and powerful discovery tool that will search its entire collection. The discovery solution from EBSCO will be known as SmartQuest and will be used to search all of the University's databases as well as the library's catalog.

Adjunct Professor at NCU to be Conferred with National Honour

Retired Pastor and former Family Ministries Director of the West Indies Union Conference (now Jamaica Union Conference) Errol Thomas will be conferred with the National Honour of Order of Distinction in the rank of Officer (OD). He was recognized by the Government of Jamaica for long and dedicated service to youth and family education. The conferral will take place on Monday, October 15, 2012, at Kings House commencing at 9:00 a.m.
